THE WARRANTY

Las Vegas Shutter Company warrants its products against all defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the home they are installed in with one exception - The surface finish on dark paint colors and stains is warranted for two years. Las Vegas Shutter Company will repair or replace faulty shutters (at their choice) with out any form of charge to its customers.

WHY OUR WARRANTY IS DIFFERENT

LVSC will be there to honor your warranty when you need them. We have been honoring our warranties for 38 years. The Better Business Bureau will confirm this. We have seen a lot of companies producing inferior shutters that offered great warranties. They are not in business any longer. Their warranty costs made it impossible to continue in business. A warranty with no one to honor it is no warranty at all.

LVSC's warranty has no hidden costs. Our customers incur absolutely no costs in using their warranty coverage. Always ask how warranty coverage is administered. Our competitors often charge shipping costs to sent shutters for repair to distant cities. Co-payments that increase with passage of time are not uncommon among other manufacturers.
